| |  ELITEC’s functional organization rests on the perfect control of the whole distribution chain from supplying to delivery.
ELITEC has set up its own organization model attempting to be closer to its customers to better serve them. The organization of ELITEC hinges around the four following structures:
 Registered office
The registered office defines the development strategies, clinches partnership agreements with the suppliers within its area, defines the marketing and sale actions, optimizes logistics and information systems and manages the financial issues.
There is a central registered office and regional registered offices. The central registered office supervises the regional registered offices.
The regional registered offices supervise the logistic centers and the branches in their respective areas.
The logistic center
Being part of the registered office, the logistic center helps to supply goods, control quality and store the products provided by traders, prepare and deliver orders to the different branches and deal with suppliers and agencies litigations.
There might be one or more logistic centers in accordance with the size of the area.
Branches
Attached to the registered office, the branches sell products, manage stocks in trade, promote products in show-rooms, advise customers, deliver orders and ensure the service quality.
By and large there are several branches within an area, which are supplied by the logistic center within their territory.
Sales office
Being under the control of a branch, the sales office canvasses customers and concludes orders on behalf of the branch.
A branch can have one or more sales offices which might be joined to either the branch or work as a remote connection office in the area.
